Dress set comes with sewn in pettiskirt and bloomers.
This is a preorder (about 9 weeks) and will ship around the 4th week of March. There will be several shipping options at checkout including an option for UPS. I do not know if USPS will have similar shipping delays it experienced around Christmas time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHOOSING UPS OR USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT DELAYS WITH SHIPPING.
