Fit: It is recommended to measure your child around the bust, add about 1.5 inches for some ease and select from size chart. Measurements on size chart is of the dress, not the child. Length is measured from top of bodice to hem.
*The dotted mesh used in the skirt has a tendency to stretch just slightly after it is made which may add just a little extra length from what is noted on size chart
