- This dress is designed to be poofy without the need of a pettiskirt underneath

Fit: It is recommended to measure your child around the chest, add about 1.5 - 2 inches and select from size chart. Measurements on size chart is of the dress, not the child. Length is measured from top of shoulder to hem.
Turnaround: This is a preorder (about 8-9 weeks) and will ship around early November. We always try our best to stay within this time but unexpected delays in production or shipping can cause this estimate to be extended.
