Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale Policy

All dress purchases are final sale.

Due to the nature of our boutique and limited-quantity designs, we do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges for size on any dress purchase. This policy applies to all dresses, including pre-order items, ready-to-ship items, extras, restocks, and limited releases.

Please carefully review the size chart and product details before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee size changes or exchanges.

If an item arrives defective or flawed, please contact us at sales@thecarriagehousedesigns.com within 3 days of the confirmed delivery date. If the same item and size are available, we will provide an exchange. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

Items must be inspected promptly upon delivery, and any concerns must be reported within the 3-day timeframe in order to be eligible for assistance.

 

International Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country when an order is imported.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout unless specifically stated otherwise. Customs and import charges are determined by the destination country and may vary depending on the order value, product type, and local regulations.

The Carriage House Designs does not control, collect, or determine these fees and is not responsible for any additional charges assessed by customs authorities or shipping carriers after an order has shipped.

By placing an international order, the customer accepts responsibility for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

We recommend that international customers check their country’s current import regulations and applicable fees before placing an order, as these requirements may change.
