Returns/Exchanges on Preorder items: 

Pre-order items are made specifically for you in a size requested by you. For this reason, pre-order items are considered a final sale and cannot be returned for refund. Defective/flawed pre-order item(s) will be exchanged if available. If an exchange is not available, a refund will be issued. If your item is defective upon receipt, please email us at sales@thecarriagehousedesigns.com within 3 days from confirmed delivery date for assistance.
